When the Real Estate Board transfers data listings in the agent's website, the client card is automatically done, the broker does not need to do it again, he only needs to consult or complete the missing information.
The only time he will need to make a client card will be when he will sign an exclusivity contract or register a potential buyer. Fifteen days before the end of the contract, the agent will receive an end of listing advice by e-mail. Each time the agent will open his/her manager, there will be a little window containing an end of listing warning and on the website there will be a reminder signal to check his/her manager on the website.
